RC Flying club Frýdlant – dne 27.12.2013

Přítomni: M.Svoboda, A.Beran, I.Vološin, J.Živný, J.Landmann, S.Kniga, J.Vacek, O.Kučina, host V.Marko s právem hlasovat

Po zahájení schůze byla uctěna památka člena klubu M.Lajdy, který zemřel náhle v listopadu .

  1. Úvodem schůze proběhlo hodnocení uplynulého roku.
  2. Pokladník klubu J.Vacek seznámil přítomné členy klubu se stavem pokladny, ostatní členové dostaly stejnou zprávu mailem. Na stavu pokladny se již významnou měrou podílejí i sponzorské dary (Obecní úřad Černousy, Potraviny – paní Vokurková, AHA Komín, FDL Net Frýdlant, MÚ Frýdlant)
  3. Hlavní změnou v  roce 2013 bylo sekání plochy panem Albrechtem. Ve shodě se všemi členy bylo sekání hodnoceno velmi pozitivně a bez jakýchkoliv problémů.
  4. V červnu klub uskutečnil druhý letecký den. Po vzájemné diskusi bylo hodnocení leteckého dne pozitivní . Uskutečnění druhého leteckého dne již ukázalo řadu oblastí, které je potřeba se věnovat při organizování takovéto akce.
  5. Pozitivně byla hodnocena i možnost pravidelného létání v tělocvičně v Habarticích. Řada členů zde prokazuje svým pravidelným tréninkem výrazné zlepšení techniky pilotáže. I přes řadu vzájemných srážek modelů, ataku modelů na piloty a drobné poranění pilotů je pravidelné létání v hale vítáno členy klubu i pro rok 2014. Za tuto možnost patří poděkování organizátorovi A.Beranovi a v neposlední řadě OÚ Habartice.
  6. Hlavní body pro činnost klubu v roce 2014 – odsouhlasení  částky na člena do fondu na sekání letištní plochy, uspořádání 3.Leteckého dne, organizování setkání přátel Modelářských aerovleků.
  7. Pro rok 2014 byla odsouhlasena částka do fondu na sekání let.plochy ve výši 900,- CZK. Tuto částku jsou členové povinni předat pokladníkovi klubu nejpozději do konce dubna 2014.
  8. Termín pro uspořádání 3.leteckého dne byl stanoven na 14.6.2014. Změnou bude zabezpečení stravování pro návštěvníky externí firmou. Je definována nutnost pro každého člena se na exhibičním létání aktivně podílet se svým modelem. V porovnání s uplynulými leteckými dny bude věnována větší publicita této akce pro získání sponzorů. Jednání se sponzory je nutné zahájit od začátku roku. Peníze od sponzorů mají sloužit pro organizaci dne (toalety, občerstvení pro hostující piloty, uhrazení cestovních nákladů, reklamní materiály pro mladé potenciální modeláře, atd.) Pro zdárný průběh akce je nutná aktivní účast na celé organizaci všech aktivních členů klubu! Organizace leteckého dne bude řízena vedením klubu na pravidelných měsíčních schůzkách.
  9. Členové zvážili možnost uspořádat přátelské polétání s příznivci modelářských aerovleků v září 2014. Pro zabezpečení této akce je nutné zjistit způsob a požadavky na organizaci takovéto akce od klubů, které tyto akce provádějí. Nejbližší klub je v České Lípě.
  10. Závěrem proběhla volná diskuse a promítání videozáznamů z uplynulé sezóny a létání v tělocvičně.
